For in the port city on the tranquil island Gwendon Tintagel has a small jewelry shop, whose owner is a dark elf named Paledon (apparently, are dark elves elves on islands not as rare ;-)). That was not enough, you can then acquired the jewelry in a dark leave the back room of another dark elves permanently attached to his body, only certain parts of the body suitable (or Adult) are.
Whether and how these piercings can be removed but again, well, that one will probably have to find out yourself ;-)
