Since we have tomorrow free (Election day, but we can not select us Anique has released yet) be Lilli and I go to Riekie and Arjen, bake cookies for the clients, so I have my laptop on loan now Lillis and write my report in calm.
Currently we are a bit sad because many of the employees that we may have gone or are planning to go. This is of course unfortunate if one is just here to make contacts. However, you will find many lovely people and this is a good thing.
Something to everyday life:
The nurses are real power women, they conduct around all day in the area and sometimes I'm glad I'm not a client ;-)....
Ina had already told us that it often complaints of volunteers or interns, because there is too rough deal with the clients and tw I understand it, because I now have a few views as one or the other one has been reached.
Sometimes I can understand the reason, basically, I reject this kind of off though.
Lilly says that it is probably a certain desperation behind it, and probably also true when one considers that come to about 50 clients in Group 7 of which 3 workers never all the time are present. Of course there are a total of more nurses but different layers uswusf ;-) ....
It requires quite a lot of patience and endurance to such a pile volume. Many are very, very sweet but each has its own peculiarities and needs to do to be fulfilled and when such a small petite woman care to twice as large and heavy man who will fight to enforce its will must is certainly no picnic. Last week there were a conference with such cases. The clients are allowed to (I think 2 times a week) go buy candy as a reward. This will now be deleted for those who behave permanent mark. There is such a woman wants constant attention and get them to make them trouble. Sometimes it strikes someone out of the blue, etc. Yesterday, she was allowed to buy any candy. She was then not so funny, her mood has not done well but one probably brings it even when one or the other something.
Lilli and I put it on in such cases, as we have more time and patience for us to deal with someone like her. Candy deprivation can cause a lot not their main problems. Ina said we should give her more attention if they would like, then talk with her, we deal with it, etc .... Some nurses are very reserved (or are we?) With some of us consider ourselves pretty good ... it's just us with the other personnel. Since we live here we are in contact with many people from different regions, I like totally love. I also try to have as much contact as possible to the clients of the other working groups and I'm already a few times with them when put in the TV room.
There are also other people outside of us living here, one is never alone.
Last Friday we have seen Dvds at one of the employees. Otherwise
